Job Description

Actively sell Food & Beverage Events through the following methods: ·

Cold calling · Outside sales appointments to potential new clients · Networking through the community and professional organizations · Develop and maintain new self-generated accounts · Developing and maintaining existing accounts and partnerships

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with local DMC’s, the LVCVA and Hotel Sales Directors Coordinate Citywide Sales strategies such as, mailings and email blasts Coordinate any outside sources utilized on cold calling and prospecting efforts Attend Weekly Management Meeting and present Sales & Revenue updates

Job Requirements 2 to 3 years Sales-experience required-local market preferred Ability to analyze information and make logical decisions promptly, tactfully and in the best interest of our clients as well as the company

Effective time management skills required Self-discipline to establish daily/weekly sales goals and action oriented to achieve exceptional results Must be a Team Player Stringent attention to detail and timeliness that results in 100% guest satisfaction is necessary                                                                                                                                    Must have proficient computer skills, Sales Force/ Sugar experience a plus Typical work week Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM but must be flexible to be available to oversee events, client entertainment, site inspections, off property meetings etc.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
 
2 to 3 years Sales-experience required-local market preferred
