Job Description

Ensures guests are seated at a clean and properly set table within the shortest amount of time possible.

Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.

Check cleanliness from previous shift and notifies manager of any problems. Sets up and restocks and prepare for shift change and/or close.

Check schedule for the day and completes assigned duties.

Checks high chairs and booster seats for cleanliness.

Empties trash and spot sweeps and mop restaurant and bar area.

Offers assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware.
-
Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
-
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
Requirements
-
Lifts and carries racks, cases and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs. Up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves.

Frequent bending and stooping.
-
Works indoors 90%; outdoors 10%.
-
Hazards include, but not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans; burns, slipping and tripping.

Walks or stands most of 6-8 hour shift.

Reaches, bends, stoops and wipes.
-
Required to carry trays and supplies.
